I bought a Frigidaire fridge last year and had some issues with it, but their customer service was outstanding™"they were helpful, responsive, and made the process easy. Because of that experience, I decided to stick with Frigidaire and just purchased another fridge from them. So far, I love it! Reliable performance and great support make them a brand I trust.

We bought this after our old refrigerator went out. We weren't sure about the French door design, as all of our previous refrigerators had the freezer on the bottom with a drawer. We find it easier to find items in the freezer now, because everything is on a shelf! You don't have to bend over and dig through a drawer to find what you're looking for. The crushed ice feature makes the ice almost as fine as shaved ice!

After one week seems a very excellent unit. The only minor thing is the water valve snaps closed hard causing a water hammer in the quarter inch line. That might be an issue in my water pipes.

So far it is working okay I'm still getting use to it I need to check with someone to see why the water I get out isn't any colder than the Faust water. Other than that everything is good

I love this refrigerator!! It is sleek, and was easy to install. Love the size of the ice cubes it produces. Different from standard size ice cubes. It is roomy inside with easy clean glass shelves. Upon opening the doors to the refrigerator, the lighting illuminates brighter. I am able to see what I'm looking for. Love the space and in the deli drawer, vegetable and fruit drawers as well. It is fingerprint proof and easy clean. Wipe and go!

I was not ready to but a new fridge but our 18year old Samsung was almost dead. For 3 months I researched & looked at tons of different refrigerators and kept coming back to Frigidaire ones. Weighing all the pros and cons of the 3 brands, Frigidaire was just better. It is not loud at all. Ice /water options work perfectly. Just the right amount of space for us. I truly believe in those product and will recommend it to my friends and family.

This was an upgrade for a similar Frigidaire we purchased back in 2009. It is actually almost identical to the one we had but the redesign on the shelf layout made more room with same size fridge. The led lighting and upgraded water and ice through the door was a pleasant surprise.

Beginning with my awesome experience with Grand Appliances sales and delivery, to having my fridge fit perfectly in the kitchen, it has been great !!! The fridge is everything we wanted and needed. Overall this is a very nice appliance. However, was very disappointed to find out the dispensed water is not chilled and I don't like the lip on the inside of the door bins as it catches on items and/or the labels when removing the item. It is a beautiful fridge and, so far, is operating as it should.

We had another, unnamed brand which was 5 years old. We had 4 service calls on that one during the 5 years. When it finally gave out I looked at consumer reports and reviews of buyers at several retailers and Frigidaire kept popping up as a sound choice. We found a model on sale we liked and actually bought an upgrade of it that day. From the sale to delivery everything went great and so far we love our new Frigidaire side by side.!

I purchased this refrigerator two months ago and it™™s working great. Very pretty. The stainless steel is easy to clean. Doesn™™t leave any fingerprints except on the handles. The inside is very roomy. My only complaint is the ice maker is loud when it™™s dropping the ice in the canister.

Less than a month out and most everything is in good working condition. Refrigerator door does need adjustment and shelf end covers fall off easily. I™™m happy with my purchase and my price.

Overall happy with this model appliance. Not giving 5 stars because a few structural parts are inferior. The metal trim on the glass shelves make it difficult to clean when debris gets trapped under the trim. Also, the appliance temperature seems to be very cold and some foods almost freeze towards the back. Lastly, the plastic structure material itself is very thin and already cracked. There is no way to repair the frame at bottom of freezer. (Photos attached)

***THE STAR IS FOR THE DELIVERY TEAM. FAST, EFFICIENT, POLITE, KNOWLEDGABLE, THEY WERE GREAT, THEY WERE A 10, 5 STAR GUYS!!!!!*** The inside was taped up to within an inch of it's life. If you could put sticky tape on it there was sticky tape on it... very sticky tape. It makes cute little ice cubes...It cooled down quickly and there is plenty of room in it for all our old stuff. LED lights are a nice touch. Freezer is spacious. It is magnetic on all three side... last stainless fridge was only magnet compatible on the sides! Now for the Review... The glass shelves do not budge. They can not be lifted up from the back and pulled out. They are clipped into place on tracks and not budging! So for now, they are what they are, where they are! THE MAN ON LIVE CHAT, "RED", DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING. DIDN'T KNOW WHERE TO FIND IT OUT AND EVENTUALLY SENT ME A "PARTS" MANUAL! AFTER I TOLD HIM MANUALS.COM CHARGED FOR A PDF MANUAL FOR HIS FRIDGE. HE SENT ME A "MANUAL THAT DID NOT ADDRESS THE SHELVES OR CLIPS. GREAT. THEN HE AGREED WITH MY SUGGESTION TO CONTACT "REPAIR" TO TALK TO A SERVICE TECHNICIAN (they have to know, right?)...NEXT, HE SINCERELY APOLOGIZED, THEN I CALLED THE WOMAN ON THE FRIGIDARE SERVICE LINE, SHE ASKED WHERE I BOUGHT IT AND WANTED TO SEND ME A BRAND NEW ONE!!! THIS ONE IS ONLY 4 HOURS OLD and new, would not solve my problem! And the kicker...my question was, How do I get the "adjustable shelves" out to adjust them? The "sticker on the shelve said to "lift up on the back of the shelf and pull out". simple, right, but no. There are rounded clips back there and tracks that are molded in the wall and YOU CAN NOT JUST LIFT UP THE SHELF FROM THE BACK!!! IT IS SNUGGLY SITUATED IN THE TRACK AND IF I FOLLOWED THEIR SUGGESTION, IT WILL BREAK THE CLIPS OR THE SHELF! I can't believe a multi million dollar company can hire a person who can write a manual with DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS and hire knowledgeable people to answer questions... Frustrated beyond comprehension... Step it up Frigidaire.

2nd ice box delivered today. 1st one the controll panel was broken. 2nd one delivered today with gray wire sticking out from the ice maker. The driver tried to puch it back behind ice maker. so we will see if it works right.

Units interior had a few black marks in both the fridge and freezer that had to be scrubbed to be removed and the door seals were half in and half out on both doors. Compressor/condenser fan a little louder than our previous unit but nothing to be concerned about. Otherwise, it is a good looking side-by-side with intuitive and classy looking controls. Really like the interior lighting and shelving. Did purchase one extra door shelf for fridge. Overall, very satisfied with our purchase.
